Background may be any color (advertiser supplies hex code). Home Business Online will provide custom design service when the advertiser sends camera ready artwork and ad copy to us. We will provide up to one hour of design and programming at no extra charge (suitable for basic jobs). More complex projects requiring more time, will carry a fee of $75/hour.
