I am recently reading the book "the secret"
I read i should just write out things that I desire.
Ask and believe and i think the last thing is taking action.
There's this part in the book that says I should get use to saying
"Life is so easy, Life is so good, All good things come to me"
I would like to know how do YOU meditate?...:)

Sounds interesting, I usually meditate in my room having a positive thoughts and looking at the memorable photos.

I do it before bedtime. Maybe it's not quite meditation, but I think that many good and useful things I did today

I meditate early in the morning. I'm an early riser (usually between 2:30 am and 4:00 am).

I reflect on the day before and the things that I'm grateful for. I find this a useful and calming exercise. It makes me aware of how blessed I am and how much I appreciate others and their kindnesses.

Then I pray to thank God for all of His blessings and guidance and to ask for anything I need, or for those I know who are in need.

After that I study scripture to provide a positive perspective on the day ahead, as well as guidance and direction.

Then I reflect on my successes and failures of the previous day, and plan ahead for the coming day. I try to think through decisions that need to be made and the people I need to talk with in order to make those decisions — or to implement them — so that I'm rarely at a loss or taken by surprise when negotiating with others. I use the 4R approach to all of this planning and preparation.

I find that when I follow this pattern at the start of each day I suffer very little stress and I rarely lose control.

I'm no "control freak", but I have very few problems when I encounter any control freaks. :D

I do it in morning by doing some exercise and yoga which is very good for health.focusing on your breath and thoughts

I live in the city and meditating is very difficult for me to accomplish. But when I am in a beach or away on a vacation like camping. I can easily feel that I am in touch with my inner self.

I try to mix it up... before bed, in the morning, afternoon. whenever i feel the most stressed really.

Always at night. That seems to be when I'm the most stressed :( But if I can clear my thoughts before bed, then that's the most important thing
