Thank you for sharing this advices. Dont know if i need them though they interesting, but others may appreciate. "I want to add my mustard" in this thread too. You ever heard that verdicts? It is common in Germany and i think it is really funny. :D My mustard sounds like: I know a similar way to start a small business. I did it by myself a few years ago. I rented/bought (it depends on the tent) some tents, like on the header picture of http://www.r-zs.com/en/space-solutions/wholesale-and-retail-trade/market-tents/ (dont know how to describe it in another way, i am sorry) i would call them "streetpurposal tents for selling products of any kind." and got a license from the local bureau to be allowed to sell my products on the street. I made large amounts of handcrofted key pendants with the help of some friends. It was funny and i earned some money. It was not really relevant for my career, but it was important for my experience pool.

I have seen a lot of kiosks in malls and they are doing very well with their business. Especially food kiosks, their sales are boosting because they move from place to place and people come and buy their food.
