Some of the advertising methods that really work pretty well
are simply - Showing/Demonstrating -

For example we have our own Coffee Mugs
with our special designs on them
on our own Coffee table,

So when ever somebody asks about them,
we can tell them about the designs, also
show other designs etc. etc.

Over the years I have found that small circulation niche print papers are great places to advertise. Years ago in another career, I ran ads in club newsletters (pre internet) that went to a couple hundred people, but they were all very focused. People who read the glossy publications in the same field were good, but only the really dedicated got the smaller newsletters. Fast forward to the internet age, there are still small community type news papers/ classified papers in print. They are only circulated in small geographical areas and are often distributed free (making their money on the advertising.) Those papers serve a small area, and everyone in that area looks at it while they are having breakfast at the local diner or waiting for their hair cut.

I've done well with those for everything from finding a used car to buy (or selling one) to hiring help and finding tenants to rent to and to promote business ventures. Keep your eyes open where you eat and where you get your hair cut. Look at the newsprint publications by the door. They contain gold.

But i do feel like this strategy is most likely to work with an older group? Or am i wrong?
