Please, is it advisable to buy the services of an SEO expert? Or should I just do the little I know about SEO? e.g build backlinks, do blog comments, get social links, make daily content updates... e.t.c

Is buying the service of SEO relevant at all?

I have pages that are only accessible via an intern search tool that shows the best results for the request. Let's say i want to see the result on page 2, the page 2 will have a request in the url.

The situation is that we've disallowed every URL's that contains a "?" in the robots.txt file which means that Google doesn't crawl the pages as explained in this explainer video. If a page is only accessible via page 2, do you think Google will be able to access it? The url of the page is included in the sitemap.

I have these two other questions:

1) how do I get genuine backlinks on my own?
2) how can I rank for a particular keyword?

I need a deep knowledge of the two questions I asked above if I'm to do my SEO by myself.

What exactly are you trying to achieve? Global target audience? Regional? Local? Mobile?

Search criteria can vary for each.

I'm also wondering why you'd want to appear on Page 2 of SERPs.
There's an old saying that says "Where's the safest place to hide a dead body? Answer: Page 2 of Google!"
