More and more people are using Twitter for business.
There are plenty of ways that internet marketers can make use of Twitter and other social media platforms.
Not only can affiliates market to prospects, but they can build their brand, manage their sites online, communicating with existing customers and more.

Here are seven ways to use Twitter for business.

One more important thing that Twitter can help with is indexing pages. Although it is a no-follow and don't drive link juice, it can still help search engines to find pages on your site they haven't indexed properly.

Twitter is great when you can’t attend speeches, workshops, conferences. You can always find someone who is going and tweeting about it. I have received a few golden nuggets this way.

You know, if you have read through many articles/ebooks/etc than you came across the following: "Be an expert"

One way of "becoming" an expert on Twitter regarding your field is the following:

Go to:
https://twitter.com/#!/search-home

Type in: "your industry keyword" -filter:links ?

After you hit Search you may find several questions people asked regarding your industry. You can start to answer them. Depending on what kind of business you have you may find many questions or just a few.

But remember: Twitter shows only the questions from the last seven days, so type this thing into the search field each week. (There is a more technical solution to check via RSS and an RSS reader but the above mentioned one works fine for everyone.)

This is a great tip my friend! I had a go and it worked very well. Thanks for sharing the information. Just a question, do you have to type the " marks or does it not really matter when putting that line into the search bar? I have been doing a lot of research into twitter and using it as an advertising source. So far it has been slow, but the more I learn, the better it seems to get :-)

Twitter is such a social media site, if used properly can give you best results. Before posting any content on Twitter make sure that you have huge following, then only your content will get better results. Tweets generally attract the mind of people and lets them to visit your site. Using statistics will also help you put in getting traffic for your website.
